Dare Commercial Services is looking for an administrative assistant to support our service coordinator and sales department.
Duties for Admin assistant: – This position stays at our office in Franklinville, NJ.
Review and data entry of required information using our database
Repetitive phone call and email contact as needed by service coordinator and sales dept
Contact sales and property managers and estimation
Requirements:
Must be very detail oriented
Requires technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and must be detail oriented.
Computer experience using Access, Word, Excel, Email and the Internet is required.
Have some background on sales and/or sales and admin
