Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing team in Bartlett. This role is responsible for leading daily production operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment focused on stuffed peppers and olives.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all daily production activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Create, adjust, and execute production plans and schedules to meet output targets
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and product quality to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Train and develop production staff on proper techniques, emphasizing speed, accuracy, and presentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP)
• Supervise employees across multiple production areas, ensuring workflow coordination and teamwork
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Complete daily production reports and documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare products according to approved recipes and specifications

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $27/hr.

Production Worker Requirements:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing and production supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold, production-driven environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
