Key Responsibili.es: • Process a high volume of forms and inquiries while upholding accuracy and maintaining controls. • Assist in resolving queries related to the onboarding process through various communication channels (e.g., Zoom meeNngs, emails, phone calls). • Conduct training sessions for suppliers and employees as necessary. • Acquire necessary approvals or supplementary documentaNon for criNcal vendors. • Update supplier records within the ERP (Workday). • Manage and resolve perNnent vendor onboarding issues within designated queues. • Perform IRS TIN Matching, when required. • Undertake special projects as delegated.
