The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and helping ensure the integrity of financial reporting.If you are looking for a position that offers stability, career growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, this could be an excellent next step.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries while maintaining general ledger accuracyReconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other financial recordsAssist with month-end and year-end close processesAnalyze financial data and investigate discrepancies or variancesSupport fixed asset accounting, depreciation tracking, and account maintenancePrepare account schedules and supporting documentation for auditsAssist with financial reporting and internal management reportsCollaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate financial informationIdentify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and workflowsMaintain compliance with company policies and accounting standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of accounting experience preferredStrong understanding of general ledger accounting principlesExperience with account reconciliations and month-end close activitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysisExperience with ERP or accounting software systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with fixed assets, lease accounting, or complex reconciliationsPublic accounting or corporate accounting backgroundAdvanced Excel skillsCPA designation or CPA-track candidates are encouraged to applyCompensation & BenefitsPay range: $31-$38 per hourOpportunity for career advancementCollaborative and professional work environmentComprehensive benefits package availableEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
