Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be integral to our clinical team, providing direct therapeutic services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to identify patients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Addressing complex issues that affect family dynamics such as grief and loss, conflicts among family members, coping with medical challenges, and managing divorce and separation adjustments.

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment interventions as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

• Documenting sessions in accordance with our clinic’s policies and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with couples as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing their mental health needs. Your expertise will be essential in assisting clients facing a myriad of challenges, including:

• Past trauma including physical or psychological abuse

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
