Quick Facts Location: Kennewick, WA Start Date: 08/26/2026 Shift: Mon-Thu 8:00am-5:00pm; Fri 8:00am-12:00pm Call Schedule: 1:3 (7:00am to 7:00am) Hours/Week: Approx. 40 hours Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certs: Active Washington or IMLC license required Experience: Relevant OB/GYN experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement benefits What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN clinical care to a diverse patient population Participate in patient rounds, including labor, delivery, and postpartum care Support patients during labor and delivery, managing various obstetric cases Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered care environment What You Need Required: Valid Washington State medical license or IMLC license Clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology Ability to document and verify patient contact hours and call back details Clean malpractice history Preferred: Experience with labor and delivery management Strong team collaboration skills About the Assignment This position involves providing OB/GYN care at a busy clinical site, with scheduled rounds and call responsibilities. Rounding typically lasts around 30 minutes to an hour daily. The provider will support labor and postpartum patients, documentation, and on-call responsibilities, with flexible on-site and off-site call support allowed based on patient needs.
