The Joe Schneider Allstate Agency is an established, independently owned insurance agency in Chicago, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team.

We're not looking for someone who wants to try insurance sales. We're looking for someone who already knows the business, understands how to build relationships, and knows how to close.

If you're currently working for Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, American Family, GEICO, Progressive, or another insurance agency and are looking for a better opportunity, we'd love to talk.

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
\n
• Previous insurance sales experience REQUIRED
\n
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience; 2+ years preferred
\n
• Experience selling personal lines insurance, including auto, home, condo, and renters
\n
• Proven ability to quote, follow up, overcome objections, and close sales
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and competitive drive
\n
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
\n
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable working with sales goals
\n
• Experience with Allstate or another major insurance carrier is a plus
\n

Job Responsibilities\n

• Work incoming leads, referrals, requotes, and win-back opportunities
\n
• Quote and sell auto, homeowners, renters, condo, and other personal lines insurance products
\n
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers to close new business
\n
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and bundle insurance products
\n
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
\n
• Meet and exceed established production goals
\n
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity
\n
• Deliver an excellent customer experience
\n
