The Opportunity
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll take a hands-on role in the month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting while partnering with operations and accounting leadership. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced accountant who wants more ownership without moving completely away from day-to-day accounting.
What You'll Do

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysis
  
  
• Support month-end and year-end close and ensure reporting deadlines are met
  
  
• Prepare and analyze financial reports while researching account variances
  
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, fixed assets, and audit support
  
  
• Partner with operations and accounting leadership to improve reporting accuracy and accounting processes
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  
  
• Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and month-end close experience
  
  
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working within ERP or accounting systems
  
  
• Agriculture, manufacturing, food production, or other inventory-driven industry experience preferred
