As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business office, ensuring seamless financial management, and providing exceptional support to our patients and staff. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management of the business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and stakeholders

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a business office/accounts receivable preferred

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in financial software and technology
