Step into an impactful role serving early childhood students as a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist in the Aurora, IL area. Your focus will center on a dedicated early childhood caseload, collaborating closely with educators and families to provide comprehensive evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring. This hands-on position offers rewarding work in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Illinois SLP License (required)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) for Speech-Language Pathology or other state/district-specific credentials, as applicable
• Experience working with early childhood populations in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for early childhood students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide education and support to parents and staff as needed
