Speech Language Pathologist in Aurora, IL

You’ll work with high school students, starting with a manageable caseload of around 30, which may grow up to a maximum of 60 if you opt for full-time hours. You’ll collaborate with a supportive school staff, offering speech and language services in a vibrant educational setting. Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current IL state SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) CCC-SLP certification required Prior experience delivering SLP services in school settings, ideally at the high school level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering student progress and success Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in high school students Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s goals Deliver therapy through engaging, evidence-based practices—no VOCO/virtual therapy Maintain compliance with state and district policies Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40.
