Concierge / Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge / Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, or visitors. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized environment. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, residents, and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner, answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing information, directions, and assistance as needed, managing check-ins, check-outs, and visitor access (if applicable), handling reservations, bookings, or service requests, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, security, or management, maintaining accurate records and logs, monitoring lobby/front desk area to ensure safety and organization, resolving guest concerns or escalating issues appropriately, and assisting with administrative tasks and special requests. Must have strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to be diplomatic in adverse circumstances. Full-time Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm. Pay rate: up to $20 DOE. Do not apply if you live more than 30 minutes from the Palm Beach area.
