We're looking for an In House Marketing Concierge who is driven, customer-focused, and passionate about connecting with guests to generate interest in Vacatia's vacation ownership opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving results through outstanding guest service.

• Generate qualified tour opportunities by engaging resort guests, owners, referrals, and prospective owners through outbound and in-person interactions.
• Schedule and confirm vacation ownership presentations while effectively managing daily tour availability and arrival manifests.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing resort information, local recommendations, and personalized vacation assistance.
• Build excitement around Vacatia's vacation ownership offerings while overcoming objections and creating positive guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records, daily activity logs, reservations, and gifting procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, marketing, customer service, or vacation ownership preferred.
• Previous timeshare or vacation ownership marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for guest engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM or reservation systems preferred.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
