You will mentor and manage one direct report and be responsible for project contractors and project teams.Don't miss this exciting opportunity to make your mark on a global leader in the industry.This is a highly visible and strategic role that offers fast-track career advancement.Compensation: $110,000 - $155,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + generous 401k match + strong benefits + relocationLocation: Conway, ARResponsibilitiesDevelop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design think creatively and proactively.Resource multi-million dollar Capital Projects together with Corporate Engineering.Qualifications:Engineering Degree or related degree.10+ years of relevant experience in engineering/manufacturing e.g., in Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical/Consumer Packaged Goods.Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects.Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior-level innovation think tankContinuous Improvement experience is required.
