Shift: Variable shifts (Days, Nights, Swing, Weekends)



Pay Rate: Up to $90/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and control controlled substances according to state and federal regulations.
• Counsel patients on medication usage and therapy plans.
• Maintain current medication and pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support pharmacy operations and inventory management.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and staff development activities.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license.
• BLS Certification.
• Hospital pharmacy experience (inpatient and/or outpatient).
• Experience working in an Emergency Room (ER) pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
