Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers you the flexibility of working remotely. You'll be conducting therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms, which means you can establish a work-life balance while contributing to the mental well-being of individuals in your community. Enjoy the autonomy of setting your schedule between Monday and Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without the demands of on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, ensuring a supportive and constructive environment for individual adult clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, sharing insights to coordinate and enhance client care.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional improvement measures, and goal progress tracking to regularly evaluate and adapt treatment plans for efficacy.

• Document client progress meticulously while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to mental health practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through team consultations and training opportunities, seeking assistance when necessary to provide optimal care for clients.

Your role primarily involves working with adult clients from various backgrounds, including those facing complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Technical proficiency in telehealth platforms and other digital tools, enabling seamless interaction with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adults, particularly those in higher risk populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
