- Diagnose and repair appliances and HVAC systems, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and air conditioning units.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of appliances and HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training and stay updated on the latest industry advancements and techniques.
- HVAC or EPA certification required.
- Previous experience as an appliance technician or similar role is a plus, but training is provided.
- Open availability with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
