Hiring: TikTok Influencer Partnership Specialist

Location: California, USA (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 8 Hours Per Day

Job Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing & Business Development

* Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with TikTok content creators and livestream influencers.

* Conduct outreach through email, TikTok direct messages, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and industry events.

* Negotiate collaboration opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with creators and agencies.

* Represent the company professionally online and at offline networking events.

* Comfortable appearing on livestreams or in promotional content when necessary.

Partnership Management

* Negotiate campaign terms, including pricing, commissions, deliverables, and campaign timelines.

* Develop customized collaboration plans based on creators’ strengths and business objectives.

* Maintain strong relationships with creators and ensure smooth communication throughout campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance and help achieve GMV and sales targets.

Campaign Execution

* Coordinate product seeding, sample shipments, short-form video campaigns, and livestream schedules.

* Track sample deliveries and creator content submissions.

* Follow up on campaign performance and ensure project milestones are met.

* Work closely with creators to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Optimization

* Track campaign metrics and creator performance.

* Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews.

* Identify challenges and implement optimization strategies to improve results.

* Continuously refine influencer marketing strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications

* 0–2 years of experience accepted; experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator management, sales, social media marketing, or business development is preferred.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously.

* Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Discord, and other social media platforms.

* Experience in community management, social media promotion, or creator outreach is a plus.

* Self-motivated, organized, responsible, and results-driven.

* Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Entry-Level (0–2 Years of Experience)

* $25 per hour, or

* $4,000 per month + commission

* Full-time position (8 hours per day)

Experienced Candidates (2+ Years of Experience)

* $30 per hour, or

* $5,000 per month + commission

* Full-time position (8 hours per day)

Senior-Level Professionals

* Starting at $6,000+ per month + commission

* Additional performance bonuses available

* No earning cap for top performers
