Receptionist Part Time Weekends

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a 24/7 secure residential treatment center for male and female adolescents aged 12 through 17. We counsel, teach and mentor students who have psychiatric disorders. Our goal is to provide treatment that results in positive changes, allowing these youth to return to their families and communities.

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 9:00pm, perfect for a college student

Pay Scale: Starting at $15.000 per hour AND UP (based on education and experience) PLUS additional shift differential for weekend hours.

Your objectives are:

• Obtain telephone caller's name and direct to appropriate personnel and/or receive messages and deliver them timely and accurately.
• Direct visitors to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested. Includes screening of visitors to make sure they have appropriate clearance to interact with the requested resident.
• Keep a log and schedule of future visitors as well as coordinating with taxi and hotel services, as needed.
• Issues visitor's pass as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years of age required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Basic computer skills
• Able to effectively multi-task
