Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Obtain and manage primary financial data for accounting records
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of business transactions
Compute and record numerical data efficiently and accurately
Maintain organized financial records and oversee data entry
Support leadership with reports and financial insights
Participate in administrative duties and cross-company collaboration
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and strong accounting principles
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software systems
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Deadline-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
