Director FP&A

Kforce is partnering with a client in the St. Louis area to hire a Director of FP&A. This leadership role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, executive reporting, strategic planning, and business decision support while managing an FP&A team and partnering closely with executive leadership. What you'll do:
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process
- Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
- Build financial models and perform strategic analyses to support business growth and key initiatives
- Partner with operational leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve business performance
- Support month-end and year-end close processes in collaboration with Accounting
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making
- Manage and mentor the FP&A team while supporting cross-functional financial initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, or a corporate finance environment
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and multiple priorities
- Experience supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning and reporting tools is preferred
