About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission of serving the formation of individuals. The CFO will be a key leader in the financial operations, ensuring the organization remains financially healthy and aligned with its core values. This role involves developing and executing financial strategies, providing insights to the executive team and the Board of Trustees, and leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing financial management, including compliance with regulations, and will play a pivotal role in fundraising management and tax planning. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field, a CPA certification, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in a CFO role, with a strong preference for those with a background in non-profit financial practices. The role requires a proactive and strategic leader with exceptional communication, analytical, and operational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong alignment with the company's mission and core values, and a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
