Within the integrated System Finance organization, the Health System Payroll Director will anchor payroll strategy at the enterprise level. Reporting to a senior System Finance executive with strong cross-functional ties to HR, IT, and Accounting, the Health System Payroll Director will be supported by a capable shared-services team and collaborative leaders, while the Director Payroll will partner daily with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team to ensure accurate timekeeping, equitable pay practices, service-minded issue resolution, and white-glove support for caregivers and leaders across the hospital.

As the System Director Oracle Payroll, this position will oversee multi-state payroll operations end-to-end, including time and attendance integration, garnishments, taxes, general ledger posting, SOX-quality internal controls, and year-end filings; the Health System Payroll Director will drive Oracle Payroll optimization (Fusion/Cloud or EBS), automate workflows, build dashboards and KPIs, strengthen compliance (FLSA, DOL, state/local), standardize policies, lead vendor governance, and coach a high-performing team to deliver accurate, on-time payroll at enterprise scale.
