Are you passionate about helping buyers find the right home? EmpowerHome Team is looking for motivated Buyer’s Agents to work with pre-qualified buyers, guide them through the home-buying process, and turn opportunities into closed transactions.

Connect with pre-qualified buyer leads
Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
Guide clients through offers and negotiations
Manage the transaction from consultation to closing
Build strong relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Deliver an exceptional buyer experience

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent , you’ll meet with qualified clients, convert appointments into transactions, and guide buyers and sellers from consultation to closing.

Meet with qualified buyers and sellers through scheduled appointments
Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
Guide clients through the transaction from consultation to closing
Present and negotiate offers and contracts
Use proven CRM, follow-up, and sales systems
Convert appointments into signed agreements and closed transactions
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and skill development

Qualifications: This Role Is Best Suited for Agents Who Are:

Active Florida Real Estate License required
Motivated to increase production and earning potential
Confident meeting clients and building genuine relationships
Coachable and willing to follow proven real estate systems
Professional, consistent, and results-driven
Looking for the structure, support, and opportunities to grow their real estate career
