Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

Meet with qualified buyers to understand their goals
Schedule and conduct home showings
Educate clients throughout the home-buying process
Prepare and negotiate purchase offers
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and transaction coordinators
Maintain regular communication with clients from consultation through closing
Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
