Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations and administrative support for the manufacturing facility.
• Manage office supply inventory and procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate facility maintenance requests and vendor relations for office areas.
• Support HR functions by assisting with new employee onboarding and record-keeping.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflows.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, calls, and general inquiries.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory management or procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office budgeting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) related to manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and environmental compliance.
• Ability to assist with basic HR functions specific to a manufacturing workforce (e.g., onboarding production staff, managing timecards for shift workers).
• Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.
