About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of debt capital markets activities, including execution and compliance. Key responsibilities for the VP of Finance include running lender processes, supporting term sheet negotiation, and owning ongoing covenant compliance and lender reporting. The role also involves managing the debt stack across facilities, executing debt workstreams for planned recapitalization, and overseeing FP&A activities. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' of experience in debt capital markets execution and compliance, with a preference for those with a background in the real estate industry. A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business is required, and exposure to private equity is considered a plus.
