Job Description
As a Bookkeeper, you play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations. You manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial reports to support informed decision-making. Your attention to detail helps reconcile bank statements and monitor financial discrepancies. You will work in an office setting handling sensitive financial data and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Compensation:
$45,500 - $49,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop financial reports and provide them to stakeholders to facilitate informed choices
- Supervise day-to-day financial dealings and keep records accurate
- Seek out process enhancements and deploy successful bookkeeping methods
- Govern adherence to financial regulations and company policies
- Ensure accuracy by regularly reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Detail-oriented and highly organized approach
- Skilled in GAAP and financial reporting
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area
- Preferred certification as a Bookkeeper or similar
- Over five years of professional bookkeeping work
