We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an AI Developer (Python / LangGraph) to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy. This position is a Contract opportunity (initial 6-month term with strong potential for extension, and possible conversion to a permanent role).Day to Day Responsibilities: Use your LangGraph experience to advise the team mid-project as they move closer to production and bring a first-of-its-kind, fully AI-created, member-facing application that answers members' questions to the finish lineReview the in-progress build and recommend improvements to what has already been implementedDevelop in Python using LangGraph and LangChain on top of AWS BedrockBuild out the testing process, including automated regression and unit-style tests, so LLM answers stay consistent after each buildSupport the team through the in-progress v1.1 release and ahead of the full application launch in AprilCoordinate daily with a team of 6 developers, as well as infrastructure and tech support teams, with little business-side contactWork with the application as it is deployed in Kubernetes containersTroubleshoot production issues by tracing through the whole chain to identify where a problem occurs, using LLM observability toolsPosition Requirements: Hands-on experience developing with LangGraph and LangChain is a MUSTStrong Python development backgroundExperience or exposure with AWS BedrockExperience with automated testing or unit testing of AI/LLM-based applications, including regression testing and strategies for handling non-deterministic outputsFamiliarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plusKnowledge of LLM observability and tracing tools to troubleshoot production issues is a plus (implementation experience is not required)Mid-to-senior level engineer who communicates well with technical teams and is comfortable advising on an in-flight projectIf your background, skills, and interest match the following; please apply online to ensure your credentials are reviewed by a skilled recruiter immediately.
