Lead Technical Recruiter

InnoForge is partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing Defence Tech startup in Los Angeles that is going through a significant period of growth. They're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Talent Lead who can come in and take ownership of hiring across the business. There's already plenty of candidate interest, They need someone who can bring structure to the recruitment process, manage hiring managers and keep multiple hires moving at pace. Responsibilities Own recruitment across Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Operations and Leadership Partner directly with hiring managers to define what they actually need Manage candidates from application through interview and offer Handle a high volume of inbound applications and referrals Build and improve interview and recruitment processes Keep hiring managers accountable for feedback and decisions Experience You'll likely have 5+ years of in-house recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience and be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or scale-up. Experience within Defence, Space, Aerospace, Robotics or DeepTech would be particularly relevant. More importantly, you'll be hands-on, organised and confident enough to take ownership without needing lots of direction. The title is flexible depending on experience.
