It is the responsibility of all employees to comply with all applicable regulations e.g. Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the performance of their role.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide support for activities including but not limited to internal audits, onboarding activities, general operations and QA facilitated business unit meetings.• Maintain control and account of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, raw data and QA files associated with audit activities within the QA department.• Provide support to compliance group during audits and client visits; providing materials, as needed.• Support the collection of quality metrics to support data trending efforts• Assist the department to ensure that required resources are available for the team's use.• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followedMinimum Education and Experience Required:Associate degree, Experience may be substituted for educationPreferred Qualifications:• 1 year or related experience as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and ExcelAdditional Qualifications:• Demonstrated ability to organize and communicate effectively• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with others• Ability to deliver consistent high quality of work• Ability to use computer and departmental toolsBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
