Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive business growth across Lebanon and Egypt . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology sales, IT solutions, cloud services, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions , with a proven track record of generating new business, developing strategic client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the local market and preferably an established network of enterprise customers, decision-makers, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and business leaders across Lebanon or Egypt. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field . 4+ years of proven experience in Business Development / B2B Sales , preferably within the IT or technology sector. Strong experience in selling IT services, cloud solutions, digital transformation, software solutions, or managed services . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Strong knowledge of the Lebanon and/or Egypt technology and enterprise market . Established network of enterprise clients and decision-makers is highly preferred. Experience engaging with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, IT Managers, and business leaders . Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling. Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills. Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex sales cycles. Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office , and other sales tools. Preferred Technology Exposure Candidates with experience selling any of the following will be highly preferred: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Google Workspace AWS / Microsoft Azure Cloud Migration & Managed Cloud Services Cybersecurity Solutions Data & AI Solutions Software Development & Application Services Digital Transformation Solutions IT Infrastructure & Managed Services Enterprise Integration & API Solutions Preferred Industry Experience Experience working with IT system integrators, cloud partners, technology consulting companies, software companies, or digital transformation organizations is highly desirable. Experience selling to customers in sectors such as: Banking & Financial Services Government Telecom Retail Healthcare Education Large Enterprise / Corporate will be an advantage. Language Requirements Excellent English communication skills - mandatory Arabic - preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills.
