What You'll Be Doing

\n

\n
• Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
\n
• Winning new accounts through proactive sales, prospecting and business development
\n
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the technology market
\n
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate and client network
\n
• Negotiating terms, managing offers and closing deals
\n
• Developing your own specialist market and growing your book of business
\n
• Consistently achieving sales, activity and revenue targets
\n
• Supporting and mentoring junior consultants as you progress
\n

Who We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 3+ years of recruitment experience
\n
• A proven track record of billing, winning business or developing client relationships
\n
• Strong business development, negotiation and relationship-building skills
\n
• A commercial mindset with a competitive, target-driven approach
\n
• Resilience, ambition and a desire to continue developing professionally
\n
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance office environment
\n
• Candidates open to relocating to Miami, where applicable visa and work authorization requirements can be met
