Treatment Coordinator Opportunity At Graff Orthodontics

Graff Orthodontics is looking for a treatment coordinator who can confidently conduct direct sales and help patients move forward with their treatment plans. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with patients. Compensation: $25-27 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday (4 1/2 days a week) 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure alignment with referring dentists
• Foster relationships with every new patient, as well as referring dentists
• Tracking all new patients and following up with pending patients
• Maintain a certain conversion rate (75-85%)
• Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance and submitting pre-estimates
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance at all times
• Assist in the collection of payments
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Provide administrative support to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Scan with Itero for every new patient (new patient records)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental/orthodontic office, preferably with treatment coordinating
• 2 years of sales experience
• Familiarity with insurance processes and writing contracts
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communications
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
