Registered Nurse - Perinatal

MLR is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Perinatal team at a leading healthcare facility near Edwards, Colorado!

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) - Perinatal:

Deliver exceptional care to mothers and newborns, performing ongoing assessments and adapting care plans to meet individual needs.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide support during labor and delivery.
Educate families on childbirth, newborn care, and postpartum health, fostering confidence and preparedness.
Collaborate with OB/GYNs, pediatricians, and healthcare staff to ensure a seamless experience from labor through post-delivery.
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring continuity and compliance with all protocols.
Act as a support and resource for families, helping them adjust to the new demands of parenthood.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Active RN license in Colorado.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is essential.
BLS and NRP certifications required; experience in perinatal or OB/GYN nursing is highly preferred.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills.
