Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, crafting personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain open lines of communication with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure coordinated and integrated care for all clients.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and engage actively in the recovery process.

• Document client progress and therapeutic interventions meticulously to ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to refine best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a licensed Psychologist.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required, while a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
