Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including workshops, webinars, and team training sessions to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding these young individuals towards healthier coping mechanisms and improved emotional well-being. By fostering strong therapeutic rapport, you can help them navigate their unique circumstances and promote resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our compensation package includes:
