Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to obtain a comprehensive understanding of clients' substance use history and any co-occurring mental health issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address both addiction and underlying mental health challenges, using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to ensure a seamless, integrated care experience for clients.

Qualifications\n
