Seeking a CT Technologist to join our MITS team. This site delivers MSK’s world‑class cancer care in a setting thoughtfully designed to support patients and their families. If you’re passionate about high-quality imaging and patient-centered care, we invite you to join our exceptional radiology team! Role Overview Perform a variety of CT imaging procedures in support of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures on patients of all age groups with minimal supervision. Operate CT equipment on hybrid imaging scanners (PET/CT and SPECT/CT) and associated equipment safely, in accordance with established policies and procedures. Explain imaging procedures to patients and monitor patient safety and comfort throughout exams. Administer contrast media (IV and/or oral) following established protocols. Conduct imaging in compliance with departmental protocols and quality standards. Accurately enter documentation into all MSK and Radiology systems. Support general radiology procedures as needed. Key Qualifications Associate’s degree / Certified Vocational Training or Graduate from a 2-year AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program. ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography (CT). Minimum of 2 years of CT experience preferred, including experience with GE and Siemens imaging systems. New York Department of Health License in Diagnostic Radiography. IV Certification required. Core Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable.
