Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a premier commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative culture.

DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor management practices, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property-related concerns.
- Support daily operations by assisting with policy adherence, answering questions, and providing clear directions while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
