Responsibilities include supervising crew members, executing administrative duties, and ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.Responsibilities:Flavor First: Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu itemsUphold company standards of food quality and freshnessRelay allergen and nutritional information to guestsEnsure adherence to company recipesConnection: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet goalsDelegate tasks effectively and report resultsAnticipate customer needs and deliver a memorable experienceRespond to guest feedback promptly and professionallyPride: Lead internal functions: Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory ManagementOversee financial matters: sales & revenue, food & labor cost control, and store expensesManage weekly store inventory and purchasesProvide solutions in a fast-paced environmentLove: Passion for helping and serving othersFocus on self-improvement and team successSolve problems with an open-minded approachAssist with additional assigned dutiesQualifications:Required: Passion for helping and serving othersEffective communication, organization, and leadership skillsProven track record in coaching and developing team membersManagement experience in fast-casual or full-service industryServe Safe CertifiedStrong customer service focusBasic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, staffing, etc.)Ability to lift 30+ lbsAbility to work standing for 8+ hoursPreferred: Previous knowledge of food service regulationsCreative approach to marketingCompensation: $46,000.00 - $54,000.00 per yearThe simple notion that better food betters lives is what excites us at Spiced Black.
