This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical service agreements, repairs, retrofits, and maintenance solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to generate new service business across the Raleigh market. Identify, pursue, and secure new maintenance agreements, service contracts, and retrofit opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, healthcare systems, industrial facilities, educational institutions, and commercial clients. Conduct facility assessments and identify opportunities for energy savings, equipment upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs. Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for prospective clients. Collaborate closely with service managers, technicians, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts. Participate in industry networking events, trade organizations, and client meetings. Consistently achieve and exceed established sales goals and revenue targets. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience within HVAC, mechanical contracting, facility services, building automation, plumbing, or related industries. Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts. Strong understanding of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems preferred. Experience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, repairs, retrofits, or energy solutions is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Raleigh market.
