Inside Sales Representative

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support customer outreach lead follow-up and day-to-day sales activity.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who communicates confidently enjoys working toward goals and is comfortable speaking with prospective customers by phone email and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone and email
• Follow up with inbound leads and new sales inquiries
• Explain products or services based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM systems
• Schedule follow-up calls and sales conversations
• Track open opportunities and pending follow-up tasks
• Support account executives with pipeline activity
• Build professional relationships with prospective customers
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with prospective customers
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong organization and follow-up skills

• Previous sales retail business development or customer-facing experience is preferred
