Job Title Customer Support / Order Management Pay Rate $18.38/hr (W2 contract) Location Atlanta, GA (M to F – 4 days onsite) *Need own laptop Job Description Assist Customer service analyst in processing weekly orders. Reactively answer questions from customers on stock levels expedite request and work with warehouse to ensure orders ship on time. The type of orders are coffee based orders. Primary Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls chats and tickets Assist with order problems exchanges edits and tracking Develop a knowledge of products services etc and effectively convey this information to customers Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures Be an active team member and support overall teamwork and morale Adhere to all established procedures policies and safety rules Qualifications Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and via email. Customer service skills and professionalism with a strong ability to diffuse customer concerns Skills Manage customer issues, analyzing opportunities and providing system and process solutions that meet or exceed Customer expectations.
