Job Title Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP) Location Battle Creek, MI Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Up to 26 Weeks | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care across all areas of a 15-bed LDRP unit, including antepartum, labor and delivery, couplet care, and triage Perform OR circulating and scrub nurse duties as well as newborn nursing at delivery Conduct lab draws and newborn infant hearing screens using designated equipment Float within the facility as a sitter when census and need require Float to an additional affiliated labor and delivery and mother-baby unit when census and need arise Required Qualifications Valid Michigan RN license Minimum 2 years of experience in OB, Mother/Baby, and Labor and Delivery Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate and/or NCC C-EFM Required skills: OR circulating and fetal heart monitoring (FHM) triage Proficiency with EPIC electronic documentation Supervisor-level references required Preferred Experience / Skills AWHONN Advanced certification Scrub nurse experience Why Join Us Scrubs provided; staffing follows AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios Training provided for newborn infant hearing screen completion Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 769155.
