An established and growing senior living organization is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Director to join an exceptional leadership team within a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about helping seniors and families navigate important life transitions. The ideal candidate brings energy, professionalism, creativity, and a proven ability to build meaningful community relationships while driving occupancy growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive occupancy growth through community outreach, networking, and relationship development

• Build and maintain partnerships with physicians, senior service providers, local organizations, placement agencies, and community referral sources

• Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making and move-in process

• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and outreach strategies

• Represent a highly respected senior living community known for exceptional resident care and customer service

• Collaborate with leadership to support ongoing community growth and success

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of sales and marketing experience within Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care

• Proven ability to build referral relationships and generate move-ins

• Strong communication, networking, follow-up, and organizational skills

• Passion for senior living and delivering an exceptional family experience

• Professional, motivated, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually DOE
