As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our carrier partners, representing The Zebra with expertise and strategic insight. You will own and manage each relationship from the start, ensuring a seamless experience while aligning expectations, strengthening carrier partnerships, and driving account growth. Success in this role requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetyou thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and craft strategic solutions tailored to each carrier partner's needs.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Account Management, you will collaborate closely with sales agency, integrations, marketing, and data analytics teams to maximize carrier partner success and optimize business impact.

Our company headquarters are in Austin, TX, but our employees work remotely across the US. For folks who live around Austin, we offer the option to join us in our office or opt for hybrid setup. Whether you prefer the structure of an office, the convenience of remote work, or a mix of both, we support what works best for you! Please note: at this time we are not able to hire in California or Massachusetts.

The target base salary for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 with OTE of $100,000. This role will have a 70%/30% base/variable target. The final salary amount will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, and insights gained throughout the interview process.
