Position: Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the Georgia Pre-K Content Standards. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate student records. Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Maintain compliance with Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) regulations and program requirements. Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field (required). Valid Georgia teaching certification or eligibility to teach Georgia Pre-K. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
