- Able to create lesson plans
- Creative and innovative in the classrooms
- Communicate effectively with Parents (verbal and written)
- Keep classroom and students clean and in order.
- MUST have a CDA, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- FUN school with AWESOME families seeking *ROCK STAR* teacher!
- *MUST be a FUN TEAM PLAYER!:) Flexibility is key. If our team doesn't love you, we need to break up NOW.
- *Desire to grow! We offer Team Building time. We also love DoorDash, dessert, and coffee! Come add your flavor to our A-Team's awesome-sauce!
- *Must LOVE kids (esp. 18 mos.-2 years)! They make us laugh:)
- *HAPPY, positive, full of good energy, and ready to grow hearts and minds! We are CHANGING LIVES!
- *Must pass all DECAL regs, bkgrd checks, and work in the U.S. legally
