Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client status and mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practice and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform your individualized treatment plans.

  Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and provide necessary interventions that align with each client's unique mental health diagnosis.

  Document treatment plans and progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements using the latest technology to maintain confidentiality and integrity of records.

  Develop comprehensive treatment strategies in collaboration with clients and where applicable, their families, factoring in cultural sensitivity and diverse backgrounds.

  Act as a liaison for clients to facilitate appropriate referrals and establish robust connections with additional healthcare providers or support systems when needed.

  Engage in educational efforts by providing guidance and mentoring to students, interns, and other prospective social workers or volunteers within the organization.

  Participate in clinical collaboration activities including peer reviews and audits, under the supervision of your clinical supervisor, to foster team growth and enhance patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and more. Your expertise will be critical in creating tailored treatment plans that respect and incorporate clients' cultural backgrounds and personal preferences. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  Active LCSW license in the State of California.

  Minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health care setting.

  Physical capability to perform the essential functions of the job, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move freely during in-person engagements if needed.

  Experience with telehealth platforms and commitment to leveraging technology to enhance patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

  Experience in community mental health settings or telepsychology.

  Familiarity with treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid parental leave, holidays, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and additional perks.
